- Accidental insurance is only included in the Jetski Dubai Jumeirah area.
Important Notice/ Terms and Conditions:
- Riders must be above 18 years old to ride.
- It is mandatory to submit your original UAE or International ID.
- Pre Booking should be made 48 hours to avoid the failure of accessibility or subject to availability.
- The person must adhere to and follow the rules and regulations as mentioned on our website.
- Once the online booking is done, you will get a confirmation email with all the important information regarding the ticket and contract.
- In the case of tour cancellation due to technical difficulties or poor weather conditions, the company will issue a rescheduled date. However, if you don’t agree on a rescheduled date or run out of time, a complete refund will be made.
- You must check the water bike before riding it off.
- Any damage caused by you will be claimed and you will have to pay for all the repair costs including the cost of spare parts and 1000 AED for each day the gear is under repair.
- If you lose the Key of the water bike, 200 AED will be applicable.
- You are not allowed to enter restricted areas otherwise will be responsible for consequences.
